Selling
We charge a one-off fee of P1000 to initially set up the advert and post it live and then once your property is sold, we collect a one-off selling commission fixed at 2% of the selling price of your property.
Letting
We charge a one-off fee of P1000 to initially set up the rental advert with with a photo shoot if required and then once your property is let we collect a monthly commission of 2% of the rental value for the duration of the rental. This is collected in advance of the rental duration and is non-refundable.
