There are plenty of ways to go Island Hopping whilst you are staying here at Bantayan. Most resorts have their own boat and will organise everything for you including a boatman. Alternatively talk to the local boatmen who are always looking to make some money. Don't be afraid to negotiate for a better price and walk away if you are not comfortable with either the boat, price or boatman. Insist on life jacketys as you never know what may happen especially if you cannot swim or you would have trouble swimming back to shore from half a mile. Resorts will have life jackets so even though it may be pricier it would be foolish to risk your life to save a few peso.
